At Print Icon printing service, we strive to provide high-quality prints and ensure customer satisfaction. This Return Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for returns and refunds. 1. Order Eligibility for Returns
a.Customized Products: Due to the personalized nature of our printing services, customized products are generally not eligible for return or refund. This includes prints that are specifically tailored to your specifications, such as custom sizes, finishes, or designs.
b.Non-Customized Products: Non-customized products, such as standard print sizes or stock items, may be eligible for return or refund under certain conditions, as outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
a.Print Defects: If you receive a print with significant quality defects or production errors that render it unusable or significantly deviate from the agreed specifications, you may be eligible for a return or reprint.
b.Shipping Damage: In the event that your print arrives damaged due to shipping, please document the damage with photographs and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
c.Incorrect Order: If you receive an order that is incorrect and does not match the specifications you provided during the ordering process, please contact us promptly. We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.
3. Return Procedure
a.Notification: To initiate a return, you must notify us within seven days of receiving your order. Please provide a detailed explanation of the issue, along with any supporting documentation such as photographs.
b.Return Authorization: We will evaluate your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for the return process. Returns made without a valid RA number may not be accepted.
c.Return Shipment: You are responsible for securely packaging the item and shipping it back to us at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
d.Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the issue. We will then determine if a refund, reprint, or other resolution is appropriate based on the specific circumstances. We strive to process returns and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
4. Refunds and Reprints
a.Refunds: If a refund is issued, it will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
b.Reprints: In cases where a reprint is warranted, we will prioritize the reproduction of the order with corrected specifications or quality issues. Reprints will be processed promptly and shipped to you at no additional cost.
5. Exceptions and Limitations
a.User Error: We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for errors made by the user during the ordering process, such as typos, incorrect sizes, or design issues.
b.Color Variations: Please note that slight color variations may occur between the final printed product and what is displayed on your screen. Such variations are considered normal and may not be eligible for return or refund.
c.Proofing Process: It is your responsibility to review and approve any proofs or digital previews before finalizing your order. Once approved, we are not responsible for any errors or discrepancies that were present in the approved proofs.
