For best results, submit a 300 dpi PDF in CMYK color mode with bleeds, crop marks, and outlined fonts. For large-format items, resolutions as low as 100 dpi are acceptable without sacrificing quality. Files from Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign must be fully packaged before submission.

Yes. Print Icon offers rush order services for time-sensitive printing needs at an additional cost. Hard copy proofs are typically available the next business day after work begins, and the team will advise on the fastest possible turnaround based on your project specifications.

Yes. Print Icon provides professional in-house design services by appointment at both the New York and New Jersey locations. Design services are billed at $150/hr with a $75 minimum. Walk-in consultations are also welcome during business hours, Monday through Friday, 10am–6pm.
