Yes. Print Icon offers professional in-house design services through a scheduled Design Appointment ($150/hr, $75 minimum). Walk-in consultations are also available Monday through Friday, 10am–6pm at both the New York and New Jersey locations, with no appointment necessary for general inquiries.

Hard copy proofs are typically available the next business day after your order begins. For repeat orders, a digital PDF proof is provided. Rush projects that cannot accommodate a hard copy proof will receive printed sample pictures via email to confirm accuracy before full production proceeds.
